My first post, Ayyyyy 🔥

Finally, my website is complete—with my very own blog. After many, many hours of coding and debugging (and occasional crashouts), it's finally here. And I know. It's beautiful. Chef’s kiss.

This is not a journal, or diary. This is a blog. MY Blog. Which means I can say and write whatever I want—raw and unfiltered and no one can stop me.

But hey, with great power comes great responsibility. Very likely that no one is reading this. But if you are (especially if you’re a recruiter), please hire me. I promise I can build much cooler things than just this blog. Trust.

How did I make such a beautiful, complex Website?

Let’s talk tech.

This site is built with:

• React + Next.js for the core framework and routing

• Tailwind CSS for styling

• Notion API to pull blog posts directly from a Notion database

The site is deployed on Vercel for easy hosting, continuous deployment, and fast load times.

I wanted something minimal, performant, and easy to update without digging into code every time I write a post. Managing content through Notion made that simple. Still debating whether to buy a custom domain—typing tanmaykundapur.vercel.app over and over is getting old. Might finally switch to tanmaykundapur.com soon.

What’s Coming Next? ⏭️

Plenty of exciting things ahead. I’m starting a new internship at Mohyi Labs, where I’ll be working on software and hardware systems for bladeless drones. More updates on that coming soon.

Outside of that, I’m brainstorming bigger technical projects. The goal: break into Big Tech. I’ve got a few solid ideas brewing, but I’m keeping them under wraps for now until they’re live.

What am I up to Outside of Work?

Last weekend, I went to the Water Lantern Festival in Toledo, Ohio. It felt like something straight out of Tangled. Peaceful, surreal, and way more magical than I expected.

Also I actually tracked down my lantern and brought it back after we released it.
